Frog Pond is an outreach youth ministry of St. Lucas, providing a structured learning environment for children in Lake Elmo’s Cimarron neighborhood.

Children are provided a loving, encouraging atmosphere one evening per week at the Cimarron Community Center. Various activities are provided, including music, arts & crafts, swimming, and meals. Time is also scheduled for children to work on homework. Tutors are on hand to help children with schoolwork. The "FROG" in Frog Pond is an acronym for Fully Rely On God.

Frog Pond is a wonderful program that extends God’s love to children and their families in our community!
